Successful candidates should posses 5+ years of mortgage banking experience. Computer and public speaking skills are a necessity. Professional mortgage training preferred. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Mortgage Loan Processor - Full Time position Waltham, MA

The successful candidate will handle Processing duties for NE Moves Mortgage LLC under the supervision of the Underwriting Vice President.

The successful candidate will handle Processing duties for NE Moves Mortgage LLC under the supervision of the Underwriting & Processing Vice President.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of Mortgage Banking experience. The position requires that the candidate have a strong working knowledge of loan processing. The candidate should be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks and assignments in order to meet all company deadlines. The candidate should have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to, managing a loan pipeline and reviewing the pipeline with supervisor and assigned loan officers, ordering credit and other verifications, obtaining status of appraisals and titles, expectation setting with the borrower as to required loan documents for closing, completing the conditions set forth by the underwriter and preparing the file for closing.
