Tim has a strong educational foundation including a Bachelor's of Science degree and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance degree cum laude from Rutgers University.  On this solid foundation, he has built over 10 years of originating and successfully closing over 2,800 residential mortgages nationwide totaling over $350,000,000.  With mortgages ranging from starter homes to multimillion dollar transactions and clients from all walks of life, Tim specializes in customizing financing to meet his client’s individual needs. In 2010, after years of originating mortgages nationwide, Tim recognized the changing landscape of mortgage financing.  He adapted and refocused his business exclusively on the State of Connecticut with a primary focus on Fairfield County.  This new model allowed Tim to develop a unique expertise in real estate financing in his geographical area - an expertise that his clients benefit from.  His mission is to guide his clients through the ever changing process of obtaining a competitively priced mortgage while making the experience as smooth and seamless as possible.

Tim is happily married, a proud father of 3 children, and a resident of Fairfield County.  He spends his personal time coaching little league baseball and basketball and has guest lectured at universities on various finance and real estate topics.
